WordPress as a CMS
Posted: January 5th, 2009 | Author: davecavins | Filed under: Web Design | Tags: cms, design, Wordpress | 3 Comments »I have been usin wordpress for about two weeks now and never thought of using it as a CMS solution. In most cases I use Joomla, Drupal or DotNetNuke for CMS sites. I built my first non-blog WordPress site. It was alot esier than I expected and customizing the template to act like a regular site was easy. Here is a link to the site (I did not do the design just the implementation) http://givetomorgan.com/

Yes, I will officially purchase a W shirt for you and me. They are currently sold out, but the joomla one will do fine now. Good blog. Let’s keep using WP!
Woohoo!!! My first comment. Its funny because about a year and a half ago I would have tried to build everything in Joomla. I have no loyalty when it comes to CMS platforms.
Thank you very much for this useful entry.
